Installing Teams on Mobile Devices – iPhone, iPad and Android

Introduction

How to Install Microsoft Teams on Your iPhone or iPad

Getting started with Microsoft Teams on your iOS device is quick and easy:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for “Microsoft Teams.”
  3. Tap “Get” to download and install the app.
    • If you’ve installed it before, tap the cloud download icon to reinstall it.
  4. Open the Teams app on your device.
  5. Log in using your organisation’s email address and password.
  6. Allow notifications so you stay updated on messages and meetings.
  7. When prompted, tap “OK” to allow access to your microphone.

How to Install Microsoft Teams on Your Android Device

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
  2. Search for “Microsoft Teams” and tap “Install” to download the app.
  3. Once installed, open the app.
  4. Log in using your Organisation’s email address and password.
  5. Allow notifications to stay updated on messages and meetings.
  6. When prompted, grant access to your microphone to enable speaking during Teams meetings.
